Patrick Joukhdar

Meet Patrick, a construction industry veteran with over 12 years of experience and a licensed builder for the past 7 years. Patrick’s passion for building started at a young age working on small carpentry projects with his uncle. Since then, he has honed his skills and developed a keen eye for detail, always striving for perfection in every project he takes on.

In 2016, Patrick decided to take his entrepreneurial skills to the next level and started Dara Developments with Brian. With years of industry experience and a desire to deliver high-quality work, he has since grown Dara into a trusted name.

Brian Joukhdar

Meet Brian, a construction enthusiast with a keen eye for detail. After working in the industry part time, he decided to pursue a career in construction, partnering with Patrick and founding Dara Developments in 2016 and earning his builders licence in 2020.

Brian has been integral to Dara Development’s success. As a co-owner, he oversees all aspects of the business, from project management to customer relations. He is known for his exceptional work ethic and dedication to always delivering quality workmanship.
